IT partner "K2Tech" implemented a Russian solution

Post by tanjimajuha20 »

PAO KuibyshevAzot used a Western ERP system based on Oracle, which was implemented more than 10 years ago and no longer met the organization's objectives; its development was labor-intensive and slowed down further automation. In the shortest possible time, it was necessary to transfer all key business processes to a new system that is fault-tolerant, reliable, productive and complies with legal requirements.

based on 1C:Corporation software products and 1C industry solutions in 7 months, automating key business processes taking into account the specifics of the enterprise and continuity of production. Nine subsystems of the corporate information system were put into operation: "Reference and normative information management"; "Purchases and warehouses"; "Sales and delivery"; "Production"; "Accounting and cost calculation"; EAM (fixed assets management); "Personnel records and payroll"; "Accounting and standardization of PPE" (personal protective equipment) based on 1C:EHS; YUEDO (legally significant electronic document management).

To implement the project on senegal whatsapp number database domestic software and hardware products and solutions, K2Tech designed and implemented a dedicated IT infrastructure from scratch: a data storage system; computing resources for virtualization, storage of backup copies and databases.

The transition from the historical system to 1C was carried out without parallel work in the two systems during the pilot operation period. With this approach, in order to eliminate the risks of disruption or reduction in the efficiency of business processes, it was necessary to take into account in advance in the new system all the factors necessary for continuous production. As a result, the chosen approach allowed saving resources and time for the transition.

"For KuibyshevAzot, as a chemical enterprise with a continuous production cycle, the key condition for the transition to a new ERP system was to ensure the stability of all production processes and shipment of products to consumers in compliance with all quality and safety requirements. The new system must simultaneously be integrated with other external systems and processes that operate around the clock. Thanks to the experience of KuibyshevAzot specialists in replacing the previous ERP system, the qualifications and involvement of the enterprise's employees, as well as the expertise of K2Tech specialists and the involvement of author's supervision from the 1C company, these tasks were achieved, stability and operational controllability were ensured, and the enterprise continues to successfully operate on the domestic ERP system. We plan further consistent implementation of new units, which will increase the level of digitalization of the company to provide better conditions for our employees and consumers," says Alexander Gerasimenko, General Director of PJSC KuibyshevAzot.
