Within the framework of the International Industrial Exhibition "Innoprom-2024", "Mikron", a Russian manufacturer of microelectronics (part of the group of companies "Element", ELMT), a resident of the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow", and the Moscow government signed a cooperation agreement. According to the document, the parties will carry out work on testing, measurements and research in the jointly created ECB test center and chemical materials test laboratory.
"Moscow actively supports the development of high-tech and important industries. In particular, the city pays special attention to microelectronics - for example, at the end of 2022, a photonics and microelectronics cluster was created, which today unites about 60 leading manufacturers. For the further sustainable south africa whatsapp resource development of the industry, it is critically important to create, update and develop infrastructure for the production of full-cycle microelectronics. Thus, as part of cooperation with Mikron, a shared use center will appear in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ in the near future, which will unite the electronic component base qualification bureau and a laboratory for chemical analysis of ultra-pure materials," said Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
"Thanks to the support of the Moscow government, we were able to create a full-fledged center for testing electronic components for a number of industries, where, along with the experience of leading research institutes, the expertise of our main production site, Mikron, will be used. In 2020, the plant was the first in the industry to receive a certificate according to the IATF 16949 automotive industry standard in the field of "Design and production of integrated circuits". Today, this experience allows us to set our own standards for the market," said Ilya Ivantsov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mikron JSC.
The testing center for the electronic component base plans to conduct tests for climatic and mechanical impacts, electromagnetic compatibility, as well as physical and technical analysis and measurements of electrical parameters of microcircuits, primarily in plastic cases.
The chemical materials testing laboratory will allow the preparation of special containers for working with various materials, the secure sampling of organic and inorganic compounds, and the corresponding qualitative and quantitative analyses of the composition and purity of samples.
Consumers of the high-tech solutions and services of the Center for Collective Use will include organizations in the automotive, pharmaceutical, photonics, unmanned aerial systems, chemical, railway, oil and gas and other industries.
Microelectronics plays a leading role in ensuring the technological sovereignty of the country. Today, there are more than 60 enterprises of the industry operating in the capital, producing microcircuits, optical-electronic devices, smart cards, RFID products and other high-tech products. Most of them are located in Zelenograd, which is today considered the center of the microelectronic industry - these are "Mikron", the National Research University "Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology", the Research Institute of Molecular Electronics, "Resonit", "Elvis" and others.
The collective use center (CUC) will be located at the Alabushevo site.
