Deputy Director General - Head of the Information

Post by tanjimajuha20 »

Alexey Volin spoke about this at the demo day of the Industrial Competence Center (ICC) "Satellite Communications" in Yaroslavl.

A letter with such an initiative was sent by Alexey Volin to the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media. The Minister of Digital Development Maksut Shadayev is responsible for three telecommunications ICCs (Satellite Communications, Mobile Communications, Fixed-Line Communications).

Technology Service of the afghanistan whatsapp number database State Corporation for Communications and Mass Media Pavel Tatarenko clarified that the letter to the Ministry of Digital Development was sent several weeks ago and there has been no response yet. He called the idea formulated in this document a persistent recommendation.

None of the six projects of the first wave of the Sputnik Communications ICC received government grants. "The government does not give money, but asks [in the form of reports] as if it paid," said Alexey Volin during the demo day of the Sputnik Communications ICC. "If the volume of reports for projects that did not receive government funding is reduced, we will be able to significantly expand the number of projects in the ICC." According to him, Russian developers who create certain solutions without government assistance do not want to go to the ICC because of the huge volume of bureaucratic reporting work.

A representative of the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development confirmed to a ComNews correspondent the fact of receiving the letter. "Conclusions on the absence of analogues of Russian industrial products are issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the instructions of the government No. 1135. We have collected all proposals from industries on this topic, including those specified in the request, and sent them to the relevant department for consideration," he said in response to a request from a correspondent of the publication.

ComNews also contacted other ICCs. Deputy Director General for Technical Policy and Engineering at T Plus and Deputy Chairman of the ICC for Housing and Public Utilities Alexander Frolov said that reporting does indeed require additional time and labor costs for both developer companies and the entire chain of inspection organizations. However, the ICC representative is understanding of the requirements. "Reporting is generated not only to show where the funds are spent, but also to be able to track the status of projects and assess the level of development of import substitution and digitalization issues. From this point of view, the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications and members of industrial competence centers must have up-to-date information, so quarterly reports are necessary. To optimize the process, it would be possible to exclude quarterly examination for projects not financed by the state and do it only at the very end, when the project is closed," Alexander Frolov believes.
