However, the ICC representative is understanding of the requirements. "Reporting is generated not only to show where the funds are spent, but also to be able to track the status of projects and assess the level of development of import substitution and digitalization issues. From this point of view, the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications and members of industrial competence centers must have up-to-date information, so quarterly reports are necessary. To optimize the process, it would be possible to exclude quarterly examination for projects not financed by the state and do it only at the very end, when the project is closed," Alexander Frolov believes.
