Ensure the existence of an Audit of the digital media measurements, both census and sample. This audit must be independent of the meter, both in the collection of data and in its publication.
Ensure the correct fulfillment of the functions of the Auditor/Auditors.
Establish direct contacts with users and meters whenever relevant.
Ensure the implementation of all methodological and technical aspects that may impact on improved measurement.
Have a presence in market forums in order to ensure the Council's objectives and correctly explain its mission.
Jaime Agulló, founding member of the IAB – AIMC working group, will be in charge of the executive duties of the “Digital Measurements Council”. As an “external consultant”, his duties include research and coordination tasks.
