Since September 4, 2020, an employer has the possibility of financially participating in the personal training project of its employees by granting you additional rights directly on your CPF account. To do this, contact your company's HR department directly to discuss it. If you do not wish to use your personal CPF rights, you can also ask your employer to finance your certified training as part of your skills development plan (formerly "the training plan"). If he accepts your training proposal, 100% of the training costs will be covered by the company and the OPCO (Skills Operators) on which it depends.

2. Regions and local authorities

In second place are truemoney database the regions! Some regional councils fund training for job seekers in professional sectors deemed to be priorities. So don't hesitate to contact your local authority.

3. Employment Center

If you are a job seeker, Pôle Emploi can co-finance your training and pay the remaining costs following the intervention of other financers such as the CPF. To benefit from this, the training chosen must be in line with your professional background and validated by your Pôle Emploi advisor.

4. The State with the FNE (National Employment Fund)

Any employee placed on partial activity can benefit from this support. In the context of the current pandemic, the State has strengthened this system to facilitate the continuity of employees' activity in the face of changes and business transformations.

Since November 1, 2020, 70% of educational costs have been covered by the State . To apply for support from the FNE , your company must apply directly to the DIRECCTE or the OPCO to which it is attached.
