Large IT companies do offer a huge number of non-material bonuses, including a well-thought-out and functional environment for relaxation. But hardly anyone sleeps all day or just walks in the park. As a rule, such zones are needed for the rapid recovery of employees whose work is associated with great intellectual work.
IT companies give a head start to any other in terms of caring for employees. No one is surprised by free cookies or coffee anymore. Employers create a comfortable environment and offer a wide range of non-material bonuses so that top programmers choose to work in their company: voluntary health insurance, sports, parties, development and training at the company's expense.
