You might think that he probably already had experience and all the necessary skills? Nothing could be further from the truth. not magically land on the recruiter's desk. Krzysiek's story proves that by coming to Talent Days, you become more than just a CV!

Talent Days: Krzysiek, we are very happy that with our (im)modest help you managed to launch your career! Your story can certainly be an inspiration for other young people. Before we get to know it in detail, we would like to get to know you better!

Krzysiek: I am only 20 years old, I recently graduated from a technical school with a computer science profile. Apart from my passion for computer science, I am also interested in history, politics and handicrafts.

Talent Days: We see that you have a lot of hobbies, not necessarily related to the IT world! We already know that despite your young age, you are doing quite well on the job market and that it all started at a job fair. Tell us, how did you actually find out about Talent Days? Was there anything in particular that convinced you to take part in this event?

Krzysiek: I have to praise the Vice Principal of the technical school I graduated from. It was she who sent out the news at school that there was a job fair and encouraged students to go there with her after classes. And so I went! For me, it was a great opportunity to get to know the job market and available development options before I graduated from the technical school. Before the event, I also signed up for the workshops that were held as part of it. One of them was led by the director of one of the largest Polish banks himself. I learned a lot about management, which stirred up certain thoughts in me. Among other things, I started to think about how to manage my development and education. I remembered the advice to not force anything and to live in harmony with myself. I use it to this day!
