Forrester Wave in its report “ Customer Feedback Management Platforms, Q1 2020 ” recognized Medallia as a leader among customer feedback management platforms.

The company earned the highest score in the strategy category and the highest possible score for execution and delivery across roadmap , product vision and strategy, corporate shop strategy, and global strategy.
The report states that Medallia continues to be " effective in enabling its customers to engage their employees ," earning the highest score in the capabilities category.

The report also cites opinions from Medallia customers, who praise the company for its technology and its ability to adapt to their business, and appreciate its ability to drive engagement with the platform at scale. Thanks to these positive reviews, Medallia also earned the highest score in the scalability category.

Finally, for the innovation category , the report highlights how buyers should consider Medallia if they are looking for a programmatic approach and require strong closed-loop follow-up capabilities from a vendor that is a champion of innovation.
