The class itself was heated (not as hot as Bikram but definitely hot!) and truthfully was one of the best yoga classes I’ve ever taken. I loved the energy from our instructor, Tara, and she did a great job challenging us and guiding us through our practice. I loved every second of her class and would go back in a heartbeat if I’m ever in the area again. Definitely check her out if you’re near Atlantic City!
After yoga we stopped at Starbucks for iced coffee and a yogurt, and then hit the pool!

All of the guys opted to play golf in the morning, which meant we ladies who weren’t in the bridal party had the day to ourselves. It was great to just sit and soak up the rays with girl friends!

It was a great day!
By around 2:00pm the boys in the bridal party headed off to get ready, and we ladies spent a bit more time by the pool before heading off ourselves.
The wedding was black tie, so I wore this lovely red dress from Rent the Runway! (Full Rent the Runway review coming soon!)

I thought the dress was perfect for the wedding and got a ton of compliments on it.
My friend Cait also helped me put my hair up since the back of the dress was open and I wanted to show it off. She did an amazing job!

While Fabio was off with the bridal party, I sat with Cait and my other girl friends for the ceremony.

Fabio’s job was actually to hold the chuppah for the ceremony! That meant he got to be right up front with the bride and groom.

Speaking of, they had a beautiful ceremony officiated by Jay’s grandpa, and before we knew it, it was time to kiss the bride!

Congrats Jay and Meg!!

Then it was the usual cocktail hour and reception filled with great food, champagne, and dancing. Such a blast!

The food was some of the best wedding food I’ve ever had, and I thoroughly enjoyed my steak and (crab) cake!

Congrats again, Jay and Meg! Thanks for inviting us to take part in your special day!

After the reception and an after party at the hotel bar, a few of us decided to take a list to data cab into Atlantic City to check out the casinos. I’m not sure if this was the wisest decision since we got back to the hotel super late, but I’d never been to the casinos in Atlantic City and was curious to check them out. Fabio actually wound up winning some money, so I’d call it a success!

Yay!
Sunday
On Sunday morning we had breakfast with the wedding group and then headed home. It was such a fun weekend and I’m already sad it’s over.
Now we only have one more wedding left of the season!
Before long the men returned from golf and joined us.
