Consider getting contacts into your internal database as a “something for something” action. Try exchanging valuable information for an email address. For example, offer readers a free e-book to download. But free is only a feeling – you want to enter an email address in return, which you will keep.
And now a good tip: Save email addresses from everyone you come into contact with in the course of your business, for example:
