Installing the code
Installing the actual embed form code requires some knowledge of either website coding or the backend CMS. Often, it's better to hand the code over to your website developer to install for you.
If you have intermediate kills, you can modify the form structure yourself. You can also add your own JavaScript functions (e.g., custom form validation) or call other functions/systems on onSubmit or onClick within the form.
Tto avoid making any changes to the JavaScript code block, as this can lead to errors. On a skype database related note, we recommend avoiding moving the form elements too far from their original order, as some JavaScript references rely on the relative positioning of objects within the form. That said, we strongly advise and encourage you to customize the form to match the look and feel of your website. It should feel like a natural part of your website experience, not like an attached widget. We recommend this because we see agencies achieve higher lead generation rates when they customize the form accordingly to match their website style.
