Companies operating in the real estate market need to constantly monitor and improve commercial indicators, optimize marketing costs and increase its effectiveness. Here is an example of how to solve these problems offered by the advertising agency Sol.digital.
What was the task?
The customer was a real estate agency that needed to systematize information about incoming calls for housing rentals and the work of sales managers. To achieve this goal, it was decided to develop 4 reports:
Advertising channel performance report for the marketing department.
Report on the implementation of the KPI plan for the month for the sales department.
A report containing KPIs for the Head of Sales.
Report on errors made by managers when working with CRM.
Where did you get the data?
The following data was used to build the reports:
for transactions from amoCRM;
based on incoming requests from several advertising sources, which were tracked using call tracking from UIS/CoMagic.
They were downloaded using the myBI Connect service, which allows you to transfer information to an analytical database for further conversion into final reports.

To prevent distortion of the received data before unloading it from CoMagic, the client's account settings (amoCRM and CoMagic) were carefully checked.
The check was carried out according to a given checklist. Here are its main points:
Each advertising channel is assigned only one telephone number;
all sources are assigned unique IDs and names;
calls are correctly distributed among operators and working hours;
data between CoMagic and amoCRM is correctly synchronized;
Call data from CoMagic is transferred to amoCRM in real time and in full.
Creating a report
After checking the settings, the agency specialists began uploading data using myBI Connect. Then they moved on to working with the data in Power BI, namely creating a data model, calculating the required indicators, and directly to visualizations.
Data verification
The next important step is data verification. They were carefully compared with the figures from amoCRM and CoMagic to achieve a complete match. When this was achieved, the final design of the report for the needs of the real estate agency began.

The report allowed you to analyze the return on advertising sources, as well as filter deals by specific categories, funnels or tags.
We decided not to use myBI Connect to automatically pull up online advertising costs, although this is possible. In order to implement the project faster and reduce its cost, advertising platform costs were transferred from Google Sheets, which were filled in by the customer himself.
To make the statistics clearer, we added a report with several visualizations:
the number of calls from each advertising channel in dynamics;
number of sales from each advertising source;
ROI indicator for each advertising channel.
