Why do you say that?” You’ll be surprised at what you hear, and you might not like some of it. Even so, this may be exactly what you need to know, and it may give you an opportunity to encourage and help team members choose to re-engage.

Lead by example
As a leader, you are a role model and benin mobile database people are watching your every move. Are you engaged? Do you care about your work and your employees? Are you willing to go the extra mile, not because you have to, but because you want to? Do you find passion and meaning in your work?

What did they see in you that made that impression on them? Emerson once said, “Your actions speak louder than your words.” Remember, while your intentions are important, people will judge you (and everyone) by what they see and hear, not by your intentions.

If you want your team members to choose to participate, your demonstration is your most powerful persuasive weapon.
