Facebook
Profile photo: its measurements are 160×160 pixels for general manager email list computers and 128×128 for smartphones.
Cover photo: ideal measurements are 828x315 pixels on computers and 640x360 for smartphones.
Post images: Facebook has three post styles: 1200x628 for shared links, 1200x717 pixels for featured images, and 600x600 for square images.
Instagram
The measurements of the Instagram profile photo are 180x180 pixels, a square format but which you will see inserted in a circle.
Square photo: 1080×1080 pixels.
Vertical photo: 1350×1080 pixels.
Horizontal photo: 1080×566 pixels.
Twitter
Profile photo: this must have a size of 400×400 pixels and a maximum weight of 2MB.
Cover photo: 1500×500 pixels and a maximum size of 5MB.
Tweets with images: their minimum recommended size is 600x335 pixels for mobile phones and for computers the recommended size is about 600 pixels wide.
Tweets with more than one image: Minimum size is 600x335 pixels. The tool will arrange them in collage form.

Profile photo: 165×165 pixels that will adapt to a circular format.
Dashboard covers: These are 217x146 pixels, feed images 235 pixels wide and a height that varies depending on the photo. When the photo is expanded, the width will increase to 736 pixels and again a variable height.

Cover photo: 1536×768 pixels.
Profile photo: 400×400 pixels.
Images inserted in posts: must be 470x245 pixels in size, although a larger size is recommended.

Profile photo: The profile image must measure 250x250 pixels, although if you require a higher resolution you have the option to upload it up to 1080x608 pixels.
Image published or shared: the minimum size must be 497×297 but as with profile photos it is possible to upload them up to 2048×2048 to increase their resolution.
Shared image thumbnail with link: 150×150.
