Sendinblue told me to send an email asking for 'verification', so I did and was quickly rejected. After asking what can I do to get verified (they never asked anything from me to verify me or my company btw) I was told that the reason I was rejected is because one of their steps is to evaluate the your 'online reputation' and my 'score' was too low. Let's understand, if you Google my name different stuff comes up.
I have no idea what the hell they're talking about. There greece telegram data is no reason to say I have a low 'social score'. So, long story short, Sendinblue apparently puts you through a test you didn't know you were taking when requesting verification and uses some sort of internal rating system to reject whoever they want. In my opinion, this is pretty crazy but searching around I found even worse. In fact, many agree that customer service is almost non-existent.
SendInBlue bills itself as affordable for small businesses, charging only for what you need, with easy access to updates. However, what many people complain about is that when you upgrade you will pay for a completely new package that is more expensive than the one you needed.
