The Excelák tool was created specifically for the purpose of keyword categorization . It is also excellent for keyword exclusion. It is an extension for MS Excel. The tool can be used in Czech. It is an extension for MS Excel, which is directly designed for categorization. It is excellent for keyword exclusion.
As the name suggests, you don't need to know any fancy programming languages, just be familiar with Excel spreadsheets. You 're not limited to pre-programmed values , you can even add your own columns like CPC or competitiveness.
I would recommend the tool to those who don't want to learn OpenRefine but need to classify data manually. Or to those who do keyword management sporadically and don't mind learning a new tool.
Write to me for instructions, I created the tool and I'll be happy to advise you.

MarketingMiner – Czech tool for automatic categorization
For automatic categorization into general topics, the already mentioned MarketingMiner can be used .
The tool can categorize data that it suggests. If you have data, for example, in Excel, you can upload it back to MarketingMiner, but a maximum of 1000 keywords at a time. If you import data with searchability, you will get categorized data, but not without searchability.
Automatic categorization can only recognize some categories. I prepared a sample of automatic categorization , the system automatically recognized these categories: Number, Brand, Material, Price, Location.
The tool was created by Czech analyst Filip Podstavec, so it also has support in Czech.
Kw.religis.cz – for quick classification
Another Czech online tool is Kw.religis.cz. It works on a similar principle to Excel, where you can manually sort keywords – the tool calls the categories “facets”.
The big drawback is that you can't import data into the tool. You can't work with search volume, cost per click, or competitiveness.
You can launch the tool for free online by entering your email address. The email address serves as protection against bots that overload the servers. version.
It is one of the few that can also process big data
