DXC partners with Ferrari to develop the driver HMI for next-gen vehicles

ASHBURN, Va. , Jan. 10, 2025 PRNewswire -- DXC NYSE: DXC has announced an extension of its partnership with Ferrari to develop next-generation technology for Ferrari's in-vehicle infotainment systems, bringing drivers even closer to the high-performance capabilities of their vehicles.

With extensive experience in the automotive industry, DXC will help ensure Ferrari’s infotainment system is designed to deliver an exceptional driving experience while offering market-leading flexibility.

As part of its collaboration with Ferrari, DXC began redesigning ivory coast telegram data the human-machine interface HMI systems for current and next-generation models in 2021.

In a recent project, DXC developed software for Ferrari’s new F80 supercar, due to be launched in October 2024 for both road and track use. Powered by custom software from DXC, the F80’s multiple displays provide a seamless, high-speed, performance-oriented experience for the driver, while additional optional screens allow passengers to enjoy exceptional functionality as well. The F80's "Digital Cockpit" system provides functions for road use and switches to racing display mode on the track. It provides real-time performance data including speed, G-force, RPM and tire pressure and presents immersive visual effects to create a unique and exciting racing experience for users.
