2. Maqetta
Maqetta, a technology initiative at the Dojo Foundation, is a free and open source project that provides WYSIWYG visual authoring for HTML5 user interfaces. The application is written in HTML and therefore runs in the web browser, without the need for third-party tools or plugins.

Maqetta comes with a lot of features including visual page editor, themes, wireframes, javascript libraries and mobile authoring among others. Additionally, it provides support for all major browsers like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari.

3. BlueGriffon
editor powered by Gecko (Firefox's page rendering engine). It can edit web pages that conform to current web standards. The editor provides web authors with an easy-to-use interface that allows them to create web pages without needing to have extensive technical knowledge of web standards.

4. Mercury Editor
Mercury is a feature-rich HTML5 editor that find your cell phone number list allows you to edit parts of an HTML page directly in the browser. It has similar features to CKEditor or TinyMCE, but includes a few advanced features to enhance the user experience. Instead of using iframes, the Mercury editor uses HTML5 contentEditable features on block elements, and it displays a single toolbar for every section on the page.

Mercury is written in jQuery and CoffeeScript for the JavaScript parts, and it is written on top of Rails3.1. It supports Safari5+, Chrom10+, and Firefox4+.
