Before you start installing Android apps, you need to make sure that your Windows 11 computer has some additional features enabled: Hyper-Vand Virtual Machine Platform. These features allow your system to run the virtual environments required by Android apps.
Open the Settings app by clicking the Start menu and selecting Settingsthe icon, or by pressing Windowsthe "+" Ion your keyboard.
In the Settings window, select Appson the left sidebar.

Install Android Apps on Windows 11 Using Amazon Appstore
Once your system is ready, you can install Android apps through the Amazon Appstore. This requires installing the Windows Subsystem for Android, which powers the Amazon Appstore on your PC.
