What Microsoft CEO Said Conceptually at Ignite 2021: An Analyst's View
05.03.2021
Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella described the coming massive turnaround of data centers, the increasing ability to change perceptions of reality and a new attitude of business towards workers, writes Rob Enderle, director of the analyst firm Enderle Group , on the eWeek portal .

Keynotes are often mistakenly devoted to pitching products. That wasn’t the case at Microsoft Ignite this year: Satya Nadella covered more of the biggest (and most important) changes (the ones to pay attention to) in 30 minutes than most people have done in years. He talked about the coming massive pivot of data centers, the growing ability to change perceptions of reality, changing the way we process data to dramatically reduce response times to the next pandemic, the eventual elimination of passwords, and a massive shift in how we manage and develop our people.
