A promising advertising concept?

Post by asimj1 »

After the female footballers revealed themselves in Playboy , I described this advertising stunt as a boomerang . The women would certainly make a name for themselves and attract attention, but I doubted whether this advertising stunt would be successful for the image of the sport, for "women's football".

Good advertising should above all have a spain rcs data positive effect on the public's interest in the sport. Arousing interest in women as sex objects cannot and must not be the purpose of an advertisement. Now we are just before the games and experts suspect that the well-intentioned advertising concept is in danger of failing in the long term. In the media, the advertising concept did indeed have a positive effect at first.

I quote spiegel.de : "They are young, beautiful and successful: The new generation of female footballers is making women's sport more attractive than ever for sponsors - especially during the World Cup in their own country. After a large German electronics retailer is currently advertising in a television campaign with this slogan and the most attractive members of the women's national team, the 2011 Women's World Cup is set to be "the most beautiful World Cup of all time".
