ZAHG started 2019 with many challenges, and the first of them was significant and consistent growth, where 160 agencies were served and 32 new clients were acquired.
Over the months, we have established ourselves as a different AD TECH. We have expanded our operations, created products and innovated in the way we interact with the market.
First of all, it is important to highlight our new headquarters, we are still in Vila Mariana, in a place that has our personality and energy, which definitely made all the difference in improving the structure of our company.
The Growth
Hercílio Pereira Hercílio Pereira – Commercial Director Last year we were 19 people and today we are 35 human beings committed and passionate about the business and the ZAHGHER way of being.
In 2018, we launched approximately 300 campaigns, and in 2019, we have line data already reached the number of 600 campaigns. This is the result achieved by the union of a true dream team: Sales, Operations, Business Intelligence (BI) and Production. In fact, all of this justifies our name “Digital Hub”, an intelligent and complete business model.

Throughout the year, we shaped and perfected our business thinking, where we carried out a test with a group that has 4 agencies in different states and we came out of this test with very important lessons.
We liked this model so much that we expanded and built this format in the states of Bahia, São Paulo, Paraná, Ceará, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul and changed our representation in Brasília.
To boost sales, we created the intelligence area (learn more about our article on Media Planning and Intelligence) and expanded the prospecting for Business Intelligence jobs.
It is important to mention our Production department, which is always prepared to deploy pieces, assisting partner agencies with the adaptation of creatives, enabling greater business opportunities.
To reinforce our STech 360 ° thinking , we created a Call Center in partnership with C&C, our client in the real estate segment, to meet the demands of a bank selling Consortium and Payroll Loans and with this we applied the concept of lead activation to the CPA model.
