FGV obtains top marks and remains the national

Having been at the top of the ranking for 13 years, this achievement reinforces FGV's commitment to the quality of education and the training of qualified professionals.
Fundação Getulio Vargas has once again demonstrated excellence in education, achieving six of the top ten positions in the country in the 2022 General Course Index (IGC), published by INEP/MEC. All of the FGV schools evaluated in this edition received the highest score (grade 5). Having led the ranking for 13 years, this achievement reinforces FGV's commitment to quality education and the training of qualified professionals.

Check out the position of FGV Schools in the top 10 of the IGC 2022:
– 1st place: FGV EBAPE – Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration;

– 2nd place: FGV EPGE – EPGE Brazilian vp hr email database School of Economics and Finance;

– 3rd place: FGV CPDOC – School of Social Sciences;

– 7th place: FGV Direito Rio – Rio de Janeiro Law School;

– 8th place: FGV EESP – São Paulo School of Economics;

– 9th place: FGV RI – School of International Relations;

The other FGV Schools that were evaluated in this edition also obtained a grade 5:

– FGV Law School SP – Sao Paulo Law School

– FGV EAESP – Sao Paulo School of Business Administration

– FGV IDT – Institute of Technological Development

To calculate the result, the IGC considers the following aspects:

– Average of Preliminary Course Concepts (CPCs), from the last three years;

– Average of the evaluation concepts of stricto sensu postgraduate programs, attributed by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) of the last triennial evaluation available; and,

– The distribution of students between the different levels of education (undergraduate or stricto sensu postgraduate).

“Out of 30,000 undergraduate courses in 3,000 higher education institutions in Brazil, FGV ranked 6 schools (IES) among the 10 best-rated in the country. This exceptional performance is the result of hard work, focused on the unity of employees, students, professors and managers, who form a truly winning team,” highlighted FGV’s Pro-Rector of Teaching, Research and Postgraduate Studies, Professor Antonio Freitas.
