How to format customer reviews on a website

Post by subornaakter20 »

First of all, make sure you have a special form for consumer feedback. It should consist of:

heading, where you need to indicate what this form is intended for;

the "Name" field, which is recommended to be left optional;

"Email" field, which is mandatory for users to fill in;

the “Review text” field, which is also fishing and forestry email list desirable to make mandatory;

buttons for attaching a photo; after adding a picture, you can display either its preview or the name of the attached file;

"Submit" buttons.

To make it easier to collect information about visitors, add the ability to log in using social networks to your resource. This feature will increase the level of trust in the feedback section, since they will include an avatar and username.

Have you collected customer reviews? Create a separate section for them and link to it from other pages of the resource. Over time, the number of responses will grow, helping to strengthen the brand's reputation. When creating a "Reviews" section, follow these rules:

Distribute responses into different groups. Do you offer clients several types of services? Then give site users the ability to sort responses, for example, using tabs. This way, visitors will be able to study the materials of the group that interests them.

Don't forget to add a form at the bottom of the page to leave feedback. If you don't, users won't know how to post their opinion. When you scroll down the site, reviews are automatically loaded? Then place the form at the top of the page. Is the site paginated and the list is divided by page? In this case, the form should be at the bottom.

It is recommended to collapse long texts by default. This will make the page neater and allow visitors to see more responses.

Don't make more than 1-2 columns of reviews. When the number of columns increases, the perception of information becomes more difficult.

Be sure to mention on this page that you have a "Reviews" section. Select a number of the most interesting responses to place in a small block with a mandatory link to their full list.

To make collecting feedback more convenient, it is recommended to set up automatic sending of letters to consumers asking them to express their opinion about the purchase they made.

Collect feedback on the About page about the brand as a whole. It is desirable that they are informative and attractive. Also, put a link from this page leading to the Reviews section. Post opinions about specific products/services in the corresponding sections.
