Q: It is always said that “the soul of a company is its people.” What values do you transmit at Google in caring for this talent?
A: People are, without a doubt, the most important asset malta phone number data we have. From my point of view, people need to be very clear about what is really expected of them, to feel that they have sufficient resources, capabilities and support to be able to achieve it and, finally, when they have done things well, they need recognition. It is important to emphasize that recognition can take many forms, and all of them must be taken into account: a salary increase, bonus or promotion, but also public recognition of a job well done or a private message of thanks for the effort and great work carried out.
