A detailed catalogue of eligible costs Go To Brand 2019 is available on the website dedicated to Sub-Measure 3.3.3 PO IR Go To Brand .
This catalogue undergoes minor changes in 2019 compared to previous years.
In particular:
it is no longer possible to refund the costs of a training service that was not intended as a promotional activity
the internationalization advisory service is no longer mandatory,
similarly, the rules regarding the specifics of the entity providing it have been slightly relaxed – “ The advisory service must be purchased from an entity with the potential and proven experience in providing this type of service on the prospective non-EU market selected by the entrepreneur.” – however, there are no clearly defined details in this respect (as was the case in previous years), related to, among other things, the obligation to have a branch, registered office or employees/co-workers linkedin data in the country to which the service relates
the consulting service is subject to an expense limit – it can constitute a maximum of 5% of the value of the project’s eligible costs (in 2018, there was no such limit for projects settled on a lump sum basis)
advertising materials such as advertising gadgets, printed materials such as folders, leaflets, business cards can only be produced in a foreign or bilingual version to be eligible for reimbursement
press, internet, trade fair and industry catalogue advertising must refer to advertising in foreign media to be considered an eligible cost
the website or module for an existing website must be in a foreign language to be eligible for reimbursement
the possibility of reimbursement of additional costs has been introduced, such as:
organization of product and collection presentations (e.g. in the form of showrooms),
preparation and implementation of information and promotional activities on Internet search engines and social networking sites.
In addition, expenses for additional advertising are subject to a limit – in total they cannot exceed 15% of the value of the total eligible costs of the project.
