During the recruitment process, the employer paid special attention to my skills and experience gained during work and studies, as well as soft skills such as communication, teamwork and problem-solving. The atmosphere during the interviews was very friendly and positive. The recruiters were friendly and eager to answer my questions. I felt comfortable and confident during the interviews.

Aneta: I work at Kaufland as a junior specialist in the purchasing department. I can't complain about boredom and a long day at work - there's always something going on. My main responsibilities include data analysis, contacts with suppliers, SAP support and creating spreadsheets. Working at Kaufland gives me many opportunities for development because I work with experienced specialists from whom I can learn a lot.

Aneta: After being hired, my positive feelings about the cooperation were quickly confirmed. Working at Kaufland is demanding, but at the same time satisfying. I feel that my actions have a real impact on the functioning of the company, and this motivates me to continue working and developing. In addition, I had the pleasure of meeting great people with whom I enjoy working. We support each other and help each other in our daily duties. Even a demanding day at work becomes better when I can share it with such people.
