In this method, we will show you how to manually move WordPress from the local server to your live site. It is useful if the first method doesn't work or if you prefer to do it manually.
Step 1: Export local WordPress database
The first thing you need to do is export your local WordPress database. We will use phpMyAdmin to do this.
If you are not familiar with this, you should take a look at our guide to WordPress database management with phpMyAdmin .
Press database and then click the “Export” button in the top menu bar.

In the "Export method:" option, you can choose "Quick" or "Custom". The "Custom" option gives you more options for exporting your database.
