Establishing a way to sell is just the beginning. Now you need to learn how to sell products on Facebook without a website.
Add your business information
Even if your online storefront is russian number lookup on social media, shoppers expect it to have detailed business information, just as they would if they were shopping on a website. Add a detailed “About Us” section, business contacts, and up-to-date information about payment and shipping.
Create product collections
Great product images and descriptions are absolutely essential, but you can go a step further and create collections for your products. Collections are items grouped into categories in your Facebook Shop. For example, "Clothes," "Shoes," "Accessories."

Use Facebook Messenger to provide customer service
Customers often have questions about products, payment, or delivery, so be sure to answer them promptly. Chatting with customers allows you to tell them about other products they might like and/or learn which products they would like to see in your store in the future.
Try to respond to all messages as quickly as possible: Pages that respond quickly and consistently will be marked with a "very prompt response to messages" badge. This shows customers that you're ready to help them with questions they may have.
When you're not able to respond to messages (for example, outside of work hours), set up an automated away message to let customers know when you'll be able to respond. Learn how to set up an auto-reply on Facebook .
