The Russian environmental operator has sent all regional operators an installation file with the mobile application "TKO Driver". This was reported by the general director of the REO Denis Butsaev at a meeting of the headquarters for the organization of TKO handling.

REO has developed an application for monitoring the collection and removal of municipal solid waste (MSW) using photo recording of container sites before and after their emptying. The application is integrated with the Federal State Information System for the Accounting of Municipal Solid Waste (FGIS UTKO).

He drew the attention of the regions to the need to implement the mobile application as soon as possible. He specified that 86 regional operators in 109 zones gave positive responses regarding the use of the application.

At the same time, 22 regional operators in 29 zones refused to install the application, and did not report the availability of their own mobile application that they could use instead. They will be sent a notification about the need to use the specified requirement. 79 regional operators in 118 zones of activity did not provide an answer at all.
