Q: How did you experience your experience at Google?

Question: Even though something has changed in recent years and today some large companies are led by women, the gender gap in the world of work is still very high, especially at managerial levels. In your opinion, what are the main qualities of women at work?


Fuencisla Clemares : The first thing that comes to mind is the type of list of bahrain consumer email leadership, which in the case of women is more attentive to people and more integrated. We always seek consensus, we take everyone's opinions into consideration and we expect everyone to take part in decisions so that it is easier to put them into practice. Many men have also noticed our strong practical sense that leads us to always be as efficient as possible. And this obviously has a positive impact on productivity.




FC : The seven years I spent at Google before becoming Country Manager were exciting. With each change in role, my responsibilities also changed: they were years full of challenges and this allowed me to grow professionally and, in turn, to grow customers, teams and new businesses. Not only that, moving from one role to another also allowed me to get to know every department of the company and to develop new skills that are now useful - indeed essential - in my new role.
