Using the menu bar

Post by Ehsanuls55 »

Open Google Docs and your document
First, open Google Docs on your computer (Windows or Mac, choose the one you prefer). Now, open the document in which you need to search for the chosen word in Google Docs.

Step 2: Click on “edit” and select “find and replace”
In the menu bar at the top, click Edit. A drop-down menu will appear as if by magic. Select Find and Replace – this is where the fun begins.

Step 3: Type the word you are looking for in the "Search" field.
A handy pop-up window will appear, ready for action. Type the word you're looking for in the sweden whatsapp number data field next to "Search." For example, if you're looking for "coffee," type that in and you'll see results like espresso shots appear.

Step 4: Use the "next" and "previous" buttons to navigate through the results
To move through each search result, click the Previous and Next buttons. Press the Next button to jump to the next occurrence, or use the Previous button to go back to the previous word. It's like flipping through the pages of a book, but much faster.

Step 5: Close the panel and see the highlighted word
Once you're done, click the 'X' to close the panel. The searched word will remain highlighted in the document for easy viewing.
