To work abroad and collect unemployment benefits you must:

Again, the conditions will vary depending on the reason and duration of the move. Let's see what they are:

Transfer abroad for work reasons for less than one year: in this case, if the transfer lasts less than twelve consecutive months, the benefit is suspended; if it is longer than twelve months, it is extinguished. You will start receiving the benefit or subsidy again from the day after your return to Spain, provided that you request resumption or reinstatement within 15 working days of that date.
Moving abroad for work reasons for one year or more: the benefit or subsidy expires. That is, if you find yourself unemployed when you return to Spain, you will not be entitled to unemployment benefits, but you will be able to apply for active insertion income.
Transfer abroad for other reasons and no more than 15 days: whether continuous or not, during each calendar year, the benefit is maintained as long as the obligations established by law can be met.
Moving abroad for other reasons and for more than 15 days and up to 90: if the stay abroad is for a continuous period or not, for more than 15 days and up to 90 calendar days as maximum within each calendar year, benefits are suspended.
Moving to the European Union or Switzerland and continuing to receive unemployment benefits : it is possible to export the benefit for three months, extendable for another three.

Request travel authorization from the austria phone data State Public Employment Service (SEPE).
Apply for the U2 document. You will be provided with an information sheet on the issues of interest related to the period of residence in another country.
Register as a job seeker in the country to which you are moving, within seven days of the date on which you are no longer available to the Spanish Public Employment Services.
I have returned from abroad and before the transfer I was not receiving benefits: if you are Spanish and you had not worked in Spain in the six years prior to your departure abroad, you may be entitled to receive a subsidy as a returning emigrant or request an active insertion income. Whereas if you had already worked in Spain and had not received any unemployment benefit, you may request a contributory benefit if you had contributed for 360 days before your departure, or a subsidy if before leaving you had contributed between 90 and 359 days.

The activity commitment that is signed when applying for unemployment benefits obliges you in any case to notify the SEPE of the changes so that it can authorise the different actions.
