Tips to improve the personalization of online teaching
1. Record a short video tutorial of less than 5 minutes for each of your courses, introducing yourself and the course platform. Let them put a face and voice to you . 2. Personalize the virtual campus by providing valuable content that you consider relevant. In my courses, in addition to the video tutorial I mentioned, I include the following content (you can see examples at the end of this post).

FAQ infographic with the most frequently asked questions about the course.
Dynamic schedule with important course dates (start of topics, exams).
Infographic with countdown and completion requirements (last week).
3. Personalize your contact templates . You don't need to innovate in every communication, but you do need to give it a personal touch. Many students have taken more courses with the same company and platform and have already read those same messages on more occasions.
