How can Knowledge Graph impact your search engine rankings?

Post by arafatenzo »

1# Knowledge Graph or Google's Knowledge Graph
The Knowledge Graph contains, in a separate box, placed on the right side of the SERP shown by the search engine (therefore next to the organic results that have been positioned for the user's query), the main information relating, for example, to a person or a place.

The main purpose of Google's Knowledge Graph is to provide relevant and detailed information related to a specific search query, before even visiting a website.

In the case we see below, the search “Garibaldi” shows, next to the results with a good organic positioning on the search engine for the query, the Knowledge Graph with the personal data of the israel phone number famous leader (date of birth, death, spouse), some relevant information (political affiliation, books written about him), links to delve deeper into specific questions and related searches.

By introducing the Knowledge Graph alongside organic results that rank well on the search engine for a specific keyword , Google wanted to make it easier and faster to find information related to a specific query. If a user types the name of a historical figure, a singer or an actor into the search engine, they will presumably be interested in information such as their date of birth, the feats they have accomplished, the songs they have written, and the films they have starred in. The purpose of the Knowledge Graph is to ensure that the user quickly obtains the information they need, without having to consult the various search results.

This, of course, creates problems for those who have a website because the user who has already obtained the information he was looking for from the Knowledge Graph will not click on the other pages present in SERP . This, at first glance, could make one think that this feature nullifies all the work done to achieve a good positioning on search engines.
