The 3rd Elas em Foco Congress took place on the 19th, at the Samsara buffet in Limeira, and in yet another year, the Commercial and Industrial Association of Limeira and the Council of Women Entrepreneurs (CME), celebrated the entrepreneurial woman , inspiring with knowledge and networking the journey of personal and professional growth.

With more than 300 women present, the event began at 8 am with the participation of authorities, sponsors, speakers and participants.

ACIL President Dr. Valmir Martins spoke in his speech about the empowerment shop of female entrepreneurs. “In recent years, we have seen a notable growth in the presence of women in the business world. world, and ACIL, through its competent CME, has been a key player in this movement. And a woman’s place is wherever she wants to be.”

For CME Superintendent Maria Regina Calderari, the event is important for women because it brings personal and professional knowledge, in addition to strengthening the relationship between them. “The event is planned with great care and attention, so that it is a special day that can truly contribute to the professional enrichment of these women, who significantly play a role in economic development.”

With two panels and three speakers, the Elas em Foco Congress brought together tools and strategies for marketing, sales, customer service and loyalty, as well as addressing the importance of personal image for a successful business. To this end, it featured a team of experts and successful entrepreneurs who shared their experiences and inspired those who wish to undertake.

The first panel, “Retail Entrepreneurs: The Art of Winning Over and Retaining Customers,” was moderated by journalist Débby Salvi and featured the participation of businesswomen: Mirella D'Andréa, Cilene Gomes, Marília Gazetta and Cristina Balieiro.
