What are the needs, wants and hobbies of your (potential) customers? Do you know what they like, what bothers them and how your product can positively impact their quality of life? If not, you will have a hard time creating email content and it will probably be neither attractive nor beneficial to your recipients.

What about it? Before sending, make sure that the email brings real value to the recipient and is understandable. Speak in the “language of your tribe” (we discuss the tone of communication on our sister blog ) and don’t forget about segmentation .
