There are many options available, some of which are even free. I've tried several, and I still stick with Trello . It's very intuitive (i.e. easy to use), very visual (it works with boards), flexible, and fast. It's also great for teamwork, as you can assign a task to more than one person, and automatic notifications are sent when there's progress.

Make your agenda in advance If you don't take lithuania mobile database control of your day, then chances are events will end up controlling you. and leave the office, grab your planner (mine is still paper) and define the most important tasks and commitments for the following day.

And while you're at it, take a look at how your week is going. If we want things to change, we are the first ones who have to change. Be realistic about what you'll be able to do, and respect your lifestyle. For me, for example, it works best to dedicate the morning to more creative tasks, such as writing or thinking of new posts for my social networks, because that's when my mind is clearest and I'm full of energy.
