Is it possible to contribute maternity capital to the husband's mortgage?

Post by monira444 »

Sometimes the SFR refuses to repay a mortgage loan with maternity capital. Possible reasons:

the borrower submitted an incomplete set of documents, or some documents were drawn up incorrectly;

the housing for which the mortgage loan was issued is recognized as emergency or unfit for habitation;

the applicant has no right to dispose of the certificate. This includes situations where the applicant has lost this right by a court decision - for example, due to deprivation of parental rights.

If you use maternity capital for the down payment, the belgium mobile database refusal may come from the bank. The reason is usually the financial situation of the borrower. Perhaps the information provided (including the income certificate) did not convince the bank that you will be able to pay the loan.

Even if the spouse took out a mortgage loan before marriage, maternity capital funds can still be invested in it. To do this, the spouse must draw up and notarize an obligation to allocate shares to the children and wife.

The application to the SFR is still submitted by the certificate owner.

Is it possible to pay off a regular loan with maternity capital?
The state program sets strict requirements: you can only pay for loans for the purchase of housing in which the child will have a share with MK funds. A non-targeted consumer loan does not meet the conditions, even if the money was actually invested in improving housing conditions.
