The client was enthusiastic and entrusted us with a second task:

Glastetik.cz – a project that was originally supposed to look like a copy of the French version. However, thanks to excellent cooperation with the Czech branch of AGC, we managed to design the development of a new website based on an initial study. We even needed to defend our bold plans in front of the Belgian management. Our arguments stood the test of time. A design website was created, which is mainly intended to attract and show designers and customers what possibilities glass offers. The project won an award at IEA 2019 – 3rd place in the Sales microsite category. You can read the entire case study on how the website was created on the blog .

We started all projects with an initial study , which we consider the key to the long-term success of each solution. First, we analyze the market, collect data and ask customers. Only then do we design a procedure and launch the project. Although it is a more demanding and longer path, it leads to incomparably better results than if we had started implementing the initial ideas straight away. Thanks to this, each successful project paves the way for the next one.

Good luck to the brave
We have already gained one fundamental experience from previous contracts for multinational corporations. In order to become a supplier of key online services for such a significant client, it is not enough to do top-notch work. We are entering the field of corporate politics . We must be able to adhere to the rules set by the foreign headquarters and at the same time meet the needs of the local branch, which is our client. We have also mastered this task at AGC.

We were helped by the active and helpful approach of our partners in the AGC team, as well as our experience in how to operatively communicate the interests of a local branch in a foreign headquarters. We enjoy looking for a creative approach to solving problems where it seems that the local and multinational perspectives differ.
