t's the same for food. We see everywhere on social networks and elsewhere, we see lots of advice, the nutrition method blah blah blah, there are nutrition coaches everywhere. But in fact, nutrition is simple. I don't remember who said it, I saw a great quote that I liked, but basically, nutrition is eating... so wait, what was it? Eat little, eat what is real, so what is real food, and mostly green. We will find this quote. It is very well-known, it is taken from a book on the subject. But basically, you eat little, because if we eat too much, it is not good for our body, you eat real foods, fruits, vegetables, things that come from the earth, that are natural, and you eat mostly green. And if you do that, you will have good nutrition.
So I've always been very attracted to simplicity. to doing a few things but doing them well, doing a few things but doing them every day without exception, having a kind of chain, that is to say in terms of walking, it's more than... I'm going to be at 720 days in a row without having walked less than 6 kilometers, although at the very mexico whatsapp number data beginning, the first days, 'well the first times, it was 5 and a half, but it doesn't matter. The idea is to do one thing every day, because it's positive. I hope you can hear me, there's a little wind that's come up. But that's a great idea.
And you can only do that if you do simple things in fact. If you start telling yourself "you have to meditate for 5 minutes and then do yoga for 15 minutes etc." even if there is absolutely nothing... 'Well these activities, in themselves, they are great, they are useful, but if you accumulate them and pile them up in a way that is not simple, in a way that is not natural, well of course it will be counterproductive.
So there are really two opposites: excessive personal development as we can pursue it, if we read too much and we are going to apply the things we read, and of course simplicity. And the balance is very very difficult to find. I found a nice balance… 'well I don't know, because I doubt, precisely, I want, I always fall into the trap of wanting to add things.
I proposed a YouTube video in which I talk about the three things I do every day , precisely, my simplified routines or my three big rules. That doesn't mean that I don't do anything else, but in any case my three big rules are, firstly, walk at least 6 kilometers per day. So if it's 10 p.m., it's the middle of the week and I don't have my 6 kilometers, I'm going to do it, regardless. There you go, it's a big rule of life, I walk 6 kilometers every day. And it's funny because my children, who arrive late in the afternoon or in the evening, say to me: "Dad, have you done your kilometers?" because it's literally part of my identity, so I walk.
I've always been interested and attracted
