New Symbols in Prezi

Transformation Zebra
Transformation Zebra

The path that shows you how to navigate through your prezi is still on the left, but the buttons to view your entire prezi (the house) and to zoom in and out (+ and -) have been moved to the right. The Show button has been moved from the bottom right to the top left and has been renamed 'Present'. The handy Transformation Zebra (or just zebra) has thankfully remained.

New: symbols
There are two other things that stand out in the new interface. First, the ability to add symbols via Shapes > Symbols. These are fun vector drawings (always sharp, both small and very large) that you can use in your prezis. You can see a few of them in the image below. I find these symbols a great added value, because they allow you to quickly visualize something in a nice canada telegram data raphical way. Here is an example of the use of the new symbols .

New: automatic frames
A second change (which you will see less quickly, but will notice) is that a frame that you add to your Prezi is also added directly to the path. And that is handy, because you no longer have to manually add the frames to the path. Of course, you can simply remove them from the path.

New website (and player)
The website has also been given a new, sleek look, complete with videos, an infographic about the growth of Prezi and quotes from The New York Times, Forbes and Rob Campbell, who (nice detail!) is the founder of PowerPoint.

The website is nice, but not that exciting. This does not apply to the new Prezi player, which is. When you select a Prezi, you can walk through your Prezi step by step in the renewed player at the bottom with the timeline, just like you can with a YouTube video. You can also see how many steps the path contains.
