Why is the search so difficult?

Post by asimj1 »

SRF: You have been searching for the suspected perpetrator of the chainsaw attack since yesterday. What is the current situation?

Cindy Beer: The perpetrator is still on the run. We are searching for him with a large contingent, also with the support of other cantonal police forces and our German colleagues. Uniformed and civilian belarus rcs data police officers as well as police dogs are on duty. We have also set up a special commission.

Beer: One problem is that we have no clues as to which direction the man left the office building yesterday. We now have to look for a single man in a larger area, a man who knows the woods well.

SRF: What recommendations do you give to the population?

Beer: We still assume that the perpetrator is armed. He is a man who attacked people with a chainsaw. We classify him as very dangerous. Accordingly, we ask the public not to go near this person if they see him, but to immediately alert the police.

I can say the following about this: The young media spokesperson speaks calmly and carefully. She is fully focused in all her appearances. Cindy Beer also knows how to explain the difficulty of the search in a way that is understandable and appropriate for the target audience.
