The SonntagsZeitung portrayed

Post by asimd23 »

These days, the Swiss mainstream media are full of reports about 50 years of women's suffrage: Saturday's Tagi celebrated the "heroines of our history" on three pages. In part 4 of an equality series, the NZZ am Sonntag covered the search for more female board members for the Swiss economy ("Wanted: 114 women for the top floor of large companies"). Yesterday, the SonntagsBlick published a comprehensive magazine ("Finally a matter of course: 50 years of women's suffrage - what is brazil rcs data possible, what still has to be done"). the best chess player in Switzerland (inspired by the Netflix series "The Queen's Gambit") and cleared the cultural association for women. And the current Annabelle asks combatively: "50 years of women's suffrage - what is there to celebrate?" and lists the 7 original sins that Switzerland must finally address since 1971. There is no getting around it anymore, the women's question.

The future may (hopefully!) not be exclusively female, as is often suggested on T-shirts and social media. But it will certainly be more female : it will be more balanced, "equal", to use the most commonly used term on the subject.

"There is a great deal of pressure for change. And companies and organizations will not be able to avoid it for much longer."
