Post by subornaakter20 »

To track site metrics via Google, you must first install and configure the Google Analytics counter. The procedure for this is as follows:

Resource registration

Resource registration

Log in to the Google account where you will install the counter. Then go to and click on "Registration".

The resource whose data you need for analysis food and beverage email list must be added to your Google Analytics account.

If you already have an account, you need to log in and then set the settings you need from the "Administrator" page.

The resource on which you install the Google Analytics counter can be a website or a mobile application. Working with a website is given as an example.

At the very top, you must specify the account name. It is best if it matches the company name. As in the case of Yandex.Metrica, the Google Analytics counter can be connected to two or more sites (in total, over 50 positions can be specified). Below are views for the selected resources.

Enter the data in the fields "Site name" and "Site URL". Specify the protocol prefix http:// or https:// .

The system will offer a list of industries to choose from. Specify the one that corresponds to your area of activity or at least is as close to it as possible.

Please enter the time zone of the region where your main audience is concentrated.

Check the boxes in the privacy settings and in the data access section.

Next, the "Get Tracking ID" button will appear. The system will show the terms of use of the service (you need to read and accept them). All that remains is to specify the country and click "Save".

Setting up the settings

So, the counter is formed. After that, you will find yourself on the administrator page, from which you can manage the settings. The most significant of them will be described here.

The tracking ID and tracking code needed to add the Google Analytics counter to your site are located in the Tracking Code tab. However, there are a few other things you need to set up first.
