Agile teams are flexible even after the project kicks off, meaning they can adapt to any changes or requests from upper management or the client. This model can be more complex, since there are more moving parts during a project, and it can cause delays and budget overspends due to these changes. The Agile method also requires a lot more communication within the project team during each sprint to make sure everyone is working with the changing conditions.
