I have noticed that in many companies there are no procedures, mechanics or techniques that would allow for the exchange of knowledge within the team.
I believe that before I send someone to external training, I should first check whether there are any people in my team who have such knowledge.
Because using your employees as internal trainers is a great thing.
Why? There are several reasons:
the person you ask to prepare such a presentation or training feels valued,
all employees learn something new,

DIGITALK KNOWLEDGE SHARING METHODS
For our own use, using conversations with others and our own ideas, we at digitalk have developed several methods of sharing knowledge within the organization.
We have already implemented some of these methods, and the rest are in the process of being prepared. Nevertheless, I highly recommend all of the methods because I know they are effective.
And that's why I decided to share them.

1) Presentation to the team
As a remote company, we communicate with each other on an ongoing basis, organizing video conferences, teleconferences, or simply talking on Slack or Asana.
Once a week, on Wednesday at ten o'clock, the so-called DIGICALL takes place. This is a general meeting where all employees come to discuss current company matters. We draw conclusions from projects, introduce new people to the team, and there is also a lot of laughter and fun.
