Conversion funnel in Inbound Marketing

Post by Reddi2 »

This conversion funnel, in Inbound Marketing, is adapted by forming three stages or phases in which we must take care of the type of content that we offer to our clients according to their needs and the moment of the buyer journey in which they are, TOFU- MOFU - BOFU :
TOFU (Top of the Funnel) : This is the first phase of the funnel, in which the user has needs that need to be met. They do not want to buy anything yet (yet) and are in the 'obtaining information' phase: the brand is not mentioned and there are no sales objectives through the content.

MOFU (Middle of the Funnel): the user is halfway to becoming a customer. We must now talk to them about the brand and show them our products/services, presenting ourselves as a solution to their problem.
BOFU (Bottom of the Funnel) : the user is ready to buy. The content we create should have the ultimate goal of selling or capturing that lead.
A conversion funnel helps us understand user behavior india phone number data throughout the entire cycle of their relationship with our product/service. Once we have created our own funnel, it is time to observe how users flow, what steps they take, if they advance along the funnel, when and at what pace, etc. These indicators will help us concentrate our efforts by optimizing our resources to the maximum. An example: we have an e-commerce site and many visitors come to the shop, a very high percentage click on a certain product, but at the time of the final purchase there is a very high bounce rate. We need to know the reason: high prices, insufficient payment methods, etc.

With the data provided by the conversion funnel analysis, we will obtain valuable information to know how to act at all times without wasting resources, effort, time and money.
