The first nomination is "Best digital solution in the public sector". The winner was the project "Modernization of the state tender platform under 44-FZ based on the Gazprombank Electronic Trading Platform". The project consisted of organizing and automating the procurement processes of state bodies regulated by 44-FZ and its by-laws for the State Procurement Agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Gazprombank's Electronic Trading Platform is a completely Russian development. As a result of the project, revenue increased by 32 million rubles, the number of posted procedures - by 26%. In less than a year of using the product, 597 procurement organizers were attracted, the Time to Market indicator decreased by half on average, and the system's performance increased significantly. The award was received by Roman Chernov, Head of the Department for Work with Government Agencies of the Gazprombank Electronic Trading Platform. He expressed gratitude on behalf of the Gazprombank ETP management. "This award is the work of many people - programmers, developers, analysts, testers, who put a part of themselves into the project," he noted. The second diploma will be sent to Krasnoyarsk, to the State Procurement Agency.
