Furthermore, the executive's narrative is surrounded by false arguments, typical of structural machismo, such as (i) invoking gender equality as a process of undue masculinization of women, (ii) defending that gender inequality protects women, to the extent that they can use their feminine energy in the right places, that is, at home, and (iii) asserting that feminism destroys the world and forces women to work, completely disregarding that the main agenda is simply to ensure gender equality and female emancipation.
